JASNA 18th March (SITA) – Jana Gantnerová and Jaroslav Babušiak won the slalom on Sunday at the international championship of Slovakia in alpine skiing in Jasná pod Chopkom on Monday’s special slalom.

Gantner dominated by Barbora Lukáčová and Martina Dubovská, Babušiak was added on the podium by Slovenec Mitja Valenčič and American Alex Leopold. In the domestic championship, second experienced Ivan Heimschil (fifth in total) and third Ján Koša (sixth) finished.

“I am very happy, I have not managed to have two titles in my pocket and tomorrow is still open,” said Janka Gantnerova, a Slovakian representative, who is currently the second best Slovak runner-up for Veronika Zuzulová.For the competition, 18-year-old talent slalomárka only one expression – Slovak. “It’s different than when I went to the European Cup or the one in the World Cup,” said J.
